I have used CompuDance for the last 10 years. We haven't needed a ton of technical support, however, when we have called we got a called back within 1 business day. Also I just emailed them yesterday and they called me back today.
Thank you for using our CompuDance software for so many years! We have recently redesigned our software to cloud based. You can access it from anywhere and is very easy to use with many automated features. You can try it out for 30 days FREE to see if it is right for your studio. Let us know if we can help!
